How to Use
Place the candle holder on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, curtains, or flammable materials.
Use appropriate candle sizes that fit securely within the holder (taper, pillar, or votive candles).
Always trim the candle wick to about 5mm before lighting to prevent excessive smoke or soot.
Allow the holder to cool completely before touching or moving it after use.
For a beautiful arrangement, group the three holders together at varying heights for a layered and elegant display.

After the wax has cooled, remove any residue by gently warming the glass and wiping it with a soft cloth or soaking it in warm, soapy water.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can scratch the glass.
Hand wash only, do not place in the dishwasher.
Dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth to maintain their crystal-clear shine.
Store in a safe place where the glass pieces won’t knock against each other.

DELIVERY
- Free delivery offer is only available to customers within Nairobi and its environs on all orders above 6000 shillings
- All orders are processed for next day dispatch from our workshop in Kiserian.
- We use third party delivery companies who guarantee delivery within 24 hours after the products have been received at their offices. You will receive a notification from us or the delivery companies as soon as they receive your package.
RETURNS
Crimson Candles is happy to return any unused and unopened merchandise up to 5 days after it is received. Please email return@crimsoncandles.com to request a return authorization for any online order and include Return Authorization in the subject line along with the order number. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, receipt) to be accepted. Crimson Candles is unable to cover return delivery costs by providing customers with a shipping label. Please include your return tracking information in the thread once your order has been dropped off so our team and verify your return and monitor its progress. Please note, Crimson Candles is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to Crimson Candles. Refund amounts cover the cost of the item returned and do not include delivery fees.
