Designed for enhanced performance, the White Fiber Diffuser Reeds diffuse heatless, flameless fragrance throughout the room. These absorbent reeds resist clogging, carrying fragrance to the top of the reed and into the air with ease. The fiber diffuser reeds have a crisp, clean style and subtle sheen that blends effortlessly into various brand aesthetics. The fiber diffuser reeds are also available in black.

How often should I replace the reeds ?
Replace the reeds after they permanently stop diffusing. Over time, reeds can become clogged with dust. Before replacing, flip them. This usually starts the scenting process all over again. If this doesn’t work, your reeds are probably clogged with dust or overly saturated and in need of replacement.

Can I re-use my reeds ?
No. Once reeds have been used for a certain scent, you cannot use them for another scent. The scent that is already absorbed into your reeds will mix with the new scent and could produce undesirable scent combinations.

You should use new reeds when you switch to a new scent, if the reeds become completely saturated, or if they become clogged with dust. After prolonged use and complete saturation of the reeds, the channels can become slightly clogged. Simply replace with new reeds to get the scent rolling again !

Reed Diffuser: How to use
• Remove the seal on the oil jar/vessel.
• Place reeds in the vessel.
• Immediately flip the reeds to break in the scent and maximize fragrance.
• Use a reed diffuser tray to prevent any spills staining.
• Place out of reach of children/pets.
• If you notice the reeds becoming dusty or clogged, change them.

DELIVERY
- Free delivery offer is only available to customers within Nairobi and its environs on all orders above 6000 shillings
- All orders are processed for next day dispatch from our workshop in Kiserian.
- We use third party delivery companies who guarantee delivery within 24 hours after the products have been received at their offices. You will receive a notification from us or the delivery companies as soon as they receive your package.
RETURNS
Crimson Candles is happy to return any unused and unopened merchandise up to 5 days after it is received. Please email return@crimsoncandles.com to request a return authorization for any online order and include Return Authorization in the subject line along with the order number. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, receipt) to be accepted. Crimson Candles is unable to cover return delivery costs by providing customers with a shipping label. Please include your return tracking information in the thread once your order has been dropped off so our team and verify your return and monitor its progress. Please note, Crimson Candles is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to Crimson Candles. Refund amounts cover the cost of the item returned and do not include delivery fees.
If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email return@crimsoncandles.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required when requesting a replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
