HOW TO USE ELECTRIC WAX WARMER
Choose Your Warmer: Select an electric wax warmer that matches your style—there are designs to suit every decor!
Plug It In: Place the warmer on a flat, heat-resistant surface and plug it into an outlet.
Add Wax Melts: Break a wax melt into smaller pieces (if needed) and place a piece in the dish at the top of the warmer. One or two pieces are usually enough to fill a room with fragrance.
Turn It On: Switch on the warmer, and it will gently heat the wax, releasing its scent.
Enjoy the Aroma: Relax as your space fills with your chosen fragrance.
Turn It Off: Once you’re done or the scent fades, turn off the warmer and let the wax cool before removing it.
TIPS FOR BEST USE
Clean Regularly: To switch scents, let the wax cool and harden, then pop it out and wipe the dish clean.
Reuse Wax Wisely: You can reuse wax melts until they no longer produce fragrance.

DELIVERY
- Free delivery offer is only available to customers within Nairobi and its environs on all orders above 6000 shillings
- All orders are processed for next day dispatch from our workshop in Kiserian.
- We use third party delivery companies who guarantee delivery within 24 hours after the products have been received at their offices. You will receive a notification from us or the delivery companies as soon as they receive your package.
RETURNS
Crimson Candles is happy to return any unused and unopened merchandise up to 5 days after it is received. Please email return@crimsoncandles.com to request a return authorization for any online order and include Return Authorization in the subject line along with the order number. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, receipt) to be accepted. Crimson Candles is unable to cover return delivery costs by providing customers with a shipping label. Please include your return tracking information in the thread once your order has been dropped off so our team and verify your return and monitor its progress. Please note, Crimson Candles is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to Crimson Candles. Refund amounts cover the cost of the item returned and do not include delivery fees.
If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email return@crimsoncandles.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required when requesting a replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
