HOW TO USE

Step 2: Ensure that the candle is completely cool and not lit to avoid any accidents.
Step 3: Hold the wick trimmer firmly and position it over the wick, ensuring a secure grip.
Step 4: Carefully squeeze the handles of the trimmer to cut the wick, applying gentle pressure.
Step 5: Trim the wick to the recommended length, typically around 1/4 inch (0.6 cm).
Step 6: Safely dispose of the trimmed wick by placing it in a designated container or wrapping it in tissue before discarding it.
To ensure the best burn and longevity of your candle, here are some additional tips:
- Avoid trimming the wick too short, as this can lead to a weak flame or extinguishment.
- After trimming, use a wick dipper or a clean toothpick to straighten the wick and ensure proper positioning.

DELIVERY
- Free delivery offer is only available to customers within Nairobi and its environs on all orders above 6000 shillings
- All orders are processed for next day dispatch from our workshop in Kiserian.
- We use third party delivery companies who guarantee delivery within 24 hours after the products have been received at their offices. You will receive a notification from us or the delivery companies as soon as they receive your package.
RETURNS
Crimson Candles is happy to return any unused and unopened merchandise up to 5 days after it is received. Please email return@crimsoncandles.com to request a return authorization for any online order and include Return Authorization in the subject line along with the order number. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, receipt) to be accepted. Crimson Candles is unable to cover return delivery costs by providing customers with a shipping label. Please include your return tracking information in the thread once your order has been dropped off so our team and verify your return and monitor its progress. Please note, Crimson Candles is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to Crimson Candles. Refund amounts cover the cost of the item returned and do not include delivery fees.
If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email return@crimsoncandles.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required when requesting a replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
