How to use
- Choose a safe location: Select a flat, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects and out of reach of children and pets.
Prepare the warmer: Ensure the tealight holder is clean and ready for a tealight candle.
- Add wax melts: Place one or two wax melt cubes or tarts into the warming dish. Don't overfill the dish.
- Light the tealight: Carefully light the tealight candle using a long lighter or match.
- Melt the wax: The heat from the tealight will gradually melt the wax, releasing its fragrance into the air.
- Enjoy the scent: Allow the fragrance to fill the room. Remember to monitor the tealight and wax, and never leave it unattended.
- Extinguish the tealight when done: Let the tealight burn out naturally or carefully extinguish it.
- Remove cooled wax: Once the wax has cooled and solidified, you can easily remove it by gently pushing it out of the dish or wiping it with a paper towel.
WARNING
Ensure that warmer is kept out of reach of children or pets and is in an area that doesn’t receive too much draught.
Never leave a lit wax warmer unattended and never burn for longer than 4 hours.
Don’t touch the surface when the tealight is lit.

DELIVERY
- Free delivery offer is only available to customers within Nairobi and its environs on all orders above 6000 shillings
- All orders are processed for next day dispatch from our workshop in Kiserian.
- We use third party delivery companies who guarantee delivery within 24 hours after the products have been received at their offices. You will receive a notification from us or the delivery companies as soon as they receive your package.
RETURNS
Crimson Candles is happy to return any unused and unopened merchandise up to 5 days after it is received. Please email return@crimsoncandles.com to request a return authorization for any online order and include Return Authorization in the subject line along with the order number. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, receipt) to be accepted. Crimson Candles is unable to cover return delivery costs by providing customers with a shipping label. Please include your return tracking information in the thread once your order has been dropped off so our team and verify your return and monitor its progress. Please note, Crimson Candles is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to Crimson Candles. Refund amounts cover the cost of the item returned and do not include delivery fees.
If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email return@crimsoncandles.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required when requesting a replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
