PERFUMING
PREPARING
All our candles are meticulously handmade at our factory in Kiserian, Kajiado County in Kenya. The process begins with carefully setting the wicks, ensuring they are perfectly centered at the base of each glass. Once prepared, the glasses are neatly arranged on wooden counters, ready for the pouring stage.
POURING
Right after the molten wax is expertly blended with our signature fragrances, it is poured by hand into the carefully aligned glasses. Each pour is done with precision and care, ensuring the wax fills evenly and creates a smooth surface as it sets. This hands-on approach ensures that every candle meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
CENTERING
As the hot wax is poured, the heat softens the wicks, causing them to bend slightly within the glass. Once the wax begins to solidify, each wick is carefully straightened by hand to ensure it remains perfectly centered, maintaining the balance and quality of the candle.
CUTTING
The candles are then smoothened, a process where the top layer is gently melted to create a perfectly smooth finish. Afterward, the wick is trimmed to a precise height, ensuring an optimal burn for the first use.
LABELING
Once the candles have been prepared and trimmed, they move on to the labeling stage. This involves carefully applying the instruction labels, which provide essential information for safe and effective use. Each label is meticulously placed to ensure a neat and professional finish. The instructions typically include guidance on the first burn, wick trimming, burn time recommendations, and safety precautions to help customers enjoy their candles safely and to their fullest potential.
PROTECTING
Each candle is carefully placed in a custom-designed box, adorned with the distinctive Crimson Candles branding and signature details. The packaging process is done manually, ensuring every candle is securely nestled to provide optimal protection while adding a personal touch that reflects our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
